DAMAGED / LOST OR FAULTY ITEMS

Our hard working dispatch team makes every effort to protect all products for their transporting journey, but understand that on the odd occasion a product may arrive to you damaged in some way, faulty or maybe not even at all, lost. If this has just happened, please accept our humble apologies and would appreciate it if you could please contact us immediately (or within a 7 day period) from dispatch confirmation, via our email:  orders@veganhairfood.co.nz 

We would appreciate it if you could please include the following information in your email

  • your name 
  • salon name (of applicable)
  • delivery address
  • order number
  • tracking number
  • several clear photos demonstrating the damaged item
  • a brief message outlining issue ie faulty, damaged or lost item  

Upon receiving this email we will assess the issue and promptly advise you of our next action.

7 DAY RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY 

If you are requesting to make a return or exchange of any product, please ensure you make contact with us within a 7 day period.

  • a brief message outlining what you wish to return and why along with the item name you wish to exchange it with
  • clear photos of requested return item, demonstrating evidence that item is still of original condition. That item has been unused and unopened and from same batch as said order/delivery
